1. Scope and roles

MOVUM connects nutrition and fitness professionals with linked clients. The MOVUM operator manages account and operational data; each professional may have additional obligations for client information.

MOVUM does not provide emergency care, diagnose conditions, or replace qualified professional judgment.

2. Information we process

We do not sell personal information. We do not use health, activity, food, body-image, or communications data for behavioral advertising or cross-service tracking.

• Account and contact data, including name, email, role, language, image, and protected credentials.
• Professional profile and workspace settings.
• Nutrition, activity, wellness, plan, workout, habit, check-in, goal, and measurement data a person chooses to log.
• Messages, notes, photos, videos, audio, documents, and comments.
• Device, session, security, audit, support, and subscription records needed to operate MOVUM.

3. Uses and permissions

Camera, photo library, and microphone permissions are requested only when a person starts a feature that needs them.

• Create and secure accounts, roles, and authorized relationships.
• Display and record plans, activity, messages, files, check-ins, and progress.
• Manage consent, support, security, privacy rights, and subscriptions.
• Measure product stability in a minimized manner.

4. Access and service providers

Information is shared within an authorized professional-client relationship, with permitted workspace members, with service providers required to operate MOVUM, and when a valid user instruction or legal duty applies.

Final vendors, hosting regions, and transfer safeguards will be published before commercial launch. A professional cannot access a client without an active relationship.

5. Retention, security, and deletion

Information is retained while an account or relationship is active and afterward only as needed for security, disputes, and legal duties. The final retention and backup schedule will be published before launch.

MOVUM uses encryption in transit, role- and relationship-based access, audit controls, and backups.

Account deletion can be initiated inside Settings in the app. The flow explains the scope and asks for confirmation.

6. Rights and changes

Depending on residence, a person may request access, correction, export, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or deletion. Identity is verified before a request is fulfilled.

MOVUM requires users to be at least 18 years old. The launch version does not permit minor accounts.

Material changes will be communicated through the product or another appropriate channel.
